Yup.....

Well.... I wish I could say that this week was a lot better and that we had tons of success and found tons of people. I just cant though. We are still having a really hard time out here in chiguayante. I have been talking to many people this week and they are all saying the same things. The lord now is teaching you long suffering and patience. Something that I have been asking for all of my mission I am now getting. I think it is really crazy though, because I have been asking the lord, ¨why are we not having success? What are you trying to teach me now?¨ and all that I have heard all of this week is that you are to learn patience and be long suffering. I actually have a really interesting story that happened last night actually. So we were going back to the house and as we were walking we saw this man further down the road and when he saw us his whole countenance changed. So I was like oh crap here we go. As we past him he called to us and said something. I didnt wanna talk to some drunk so I just kept walking without giving him so much as a hi. Well my comp, still being new, stopped. haha He called me over and I was like ok here we go, another hour in the street. Well comes to find out, he was a member. But from New Jersey. haha He is chilean, but lives in New Jersey. He starts to ask us about the work and how it is doing and what is going on. We start to tell him the work is really good and we are going to be having alot of success here really soon. He right away starts saying that the lord has put us in this sector to learn patience and that it is going to be hard and you might not find people and you are going to struggle, but that if you keep going that the lord will bless you. We didnt even know who this guy was. He was just some random old guy. He knew exactly what was going on though. He was like look I know that you are not finding people and that the people here are cold and that you are having troubles, but the lord knows. He is aware and is here to help you. You just got to turn to him and he will be there to ease your pains. I couldnt believe it. I think it was freaking John the Beloved. I was so just shocked at the things he knew and was saying.  It was really good to have received an answer from god like that haha. I thought it was really cool. So yeah haha. So in other news, we finally have ward missionaries and now we are going to be able to work alot better with all of the people in our sector. I am so happy that we finally got our program with the ward working. I know that I might not have many baptism´s, but I know that the people who come after me will have alot of success and work really well with the members. :) So yeah haha that is how it is going out here.OH!! I forgot to tell you. It rained almost all of this week!!! It didnt stop for like 3 or 4 days. I went to bed to the sound of rain and woke up to it. Haha CRAZY!! It was so cool. Well except for the fact that we couldnt find anyone in it. But my impermeable are freaking amazing. :) Didnt get wet at all! Woot woot. Also Elder Hanna came over this week to have a mini cambio and even the assistants came over and zone leaders to help us find people and no one found anyone!!! I am serious! It was nuts. We just havent been able to find anyone. No one is getting upset at my numbers, because they have all come over to know what I am dealing with haha well me and my comp.
